It shrank. Now its too short at the waist and arms.
Hi David, I ordered off Facebook. The product came in 10 days. I was excited . Then to my surprise it came as an XXL. Not the XL I ordered. Then I emailed you firm, got a notice and then three days later I emailed again, sure there was a weekend. But really I got notices to join as a sponsee. Now I got an email for 10% off. I tried on one shirt and loved what I tried. I suggested instead of the discount send me a tee shirt so I could try another product and exchange my XXL for a LG. I’m still waiting. Peter Polce
My first shirts from CO36 are a good fit for my "dad bod" structure. They are comfortable and suit my desired style. While nothing is perfect, these Mock T designs are certainly an elevated look from the designs that I have owned over these many years.

I love the 2 of the 3 shirts we ordered that we received the black and beige shirts however we did not receive the misty blue shirt? I sent an email to inquire once we received the pkg opened it and saw that there were only 2 rather than 3 shirts enclosed? No explanation or anything! The receipt or packing slip did have the #2 circled which happened to be the 2nd item listed (misty blue shirt) so is that shirt coming?? Please advise!!

The product is great. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered two, received one. It took three weeks and multiple emails and Facebook messenger messages to get things resolved. Never heard confirmation, just eventually the second shirt showed up. No apology no effort to address the issue. Good thing I like the shirt.

Your co36 mock crew neck shirts are conformable, feel great and keep shape. But I had an issue while ordering the same shirts but it long sleeve. I ordered XL navy blue long sleeve. The issue was you send me short sleeve black. It took multiple e mail to finding response with a relatable response. First I got auto reply and said my issue would be resolved soon as you had heavy labor day orders. Bullshit you need to reply. Approximately 3 5 4 weeks n many more emails the response said it was the company's mistaken. Keep the short sleeve. But we have no navy blue long sleeve to send. Today Oct 5 I received ANOTHER SHORT SLEEVE SHIRT. what the hell is wrong with you people. Can you not get this issue correctly shipped. Robert Foster. 609 381 9619. Please call me.

My sweet hubby really likes this dressy t-shirt. He likes that he can wear it with a pair of jeans alone and look really nice or throw on a nice blazer with it and this dress-tee elevates his look even more. This is more than any ordinary t-shirt!

I have been told I was getting a refund, I was told I was get a refund on a gift card + 20% off on your new drop which is coming soon. Seen nothing to date. Last message was insulting, said order delivered complete. I emailed say I was short one sand color tee. I received a message back saying will check and get back to you.
