I received the mock turtle 7 days ago. Tried it on. Too large. Your large is really a large. I requested instructions for an exchange. I pestered you twice more. Still waiting. I liked the shirt and hoped to pack it 10 days from now for a European trip. Not going to happen. Too bad. I liked the shirt. But I'm tired of waiting for something that should be on the website (return/exchange form). I'm shipping it back now for a refund. I'm hoping you'll reimburse my return shipping cost, too.

I love the material. The design and cut is the problem. The neck was TOO high and tight. It looked more like a mock turtle neck than a crew neck tee. It was way too high on the neck. It looked ridiculous. Redesign it with a normal neckline and I’ll buy 20 of them.

Your mock neck shirt is well done. The neckline is high enough and pronounced enough that you can tell it's a mock neck t Shirt. The fabric is comfortable. The fit is good. I was encouraged to get a large - I generally am right between a medium and a large depending on the cut of the t shirt - and that was the right call. I would like to see you produce a mock neck with just a lightly higher neckline in a just slightly heavier fabric for Fall - something that would look even dressier under a sport coat.
Man it just felt right from the jump. When it fits and feel great you feel so confident ! Great job. Also the customer service on a slight issue I had was promptly resolved on the very first communication with total satisfaction. I m looking forward to checking out a longer sleeve version of the short sleeve. Glad I found you all. Michael

This shirt delivers! Lots of shirts, sweaters, clothing in general you find advertised online ends up being less than spectacular once received. But these crew shirts fit great, feel great, and are exactly as advertised. I bought one to try, and just bought 3 more!
I do like the shirts. I went off your size chart, and it recommended a small. I have one of the mock neck T-shirts, short sleeve, and long sleeve. But when I try them on, they’re too small. Can you please let me know how I can exchange them for mediums. Thank you very much.

The t-shirt was suppose to be 96% cotton but it feels much lower percentage. Seems to be higher % of both spendix and polyester
