Compared to the 12 short sleeve shirts I purchased from your company. The collar is too high and too tight. The shoulders are not broad enough. The shirt is too tight in the shoulder and from the chest down. The open sleeve is sloppy and awkward feeling. Not put together. The order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time as it was out of stock. I was not notified. I found out by calling the company. I requested a cancellation and refund which never occurred. At some distant time the shirt was delivered. Upon purchase you snuck in a fee for insurance. We are done!!!

I love the fit and the look of the shirts. I am btwn a L - XL. I decided to go with XL because I expected some shrinkage over time. So far, through one wash and air dry, the shirt is holding its shape well. It's a very forgiving shirt that is easy to steam/iron out. My only gripe is that it appears the threading is coming undone. We'll see if that will appear on the other shirts, but that should not be happening on a luxury item such as this.
The Navy Crewneck was not in the package. Appears someone knew as they circled it. Have not received. Would like to get it or refund. Alan

I am 5'7" and weigh 140 lbs. From your chart, I ordered a size small. The shirt almost comes down to my knees. Disappointed. Guessing there are many short guys like me who would like a shirt that comes to our waist instead of being sized small in arms and shoulders and super long in waist.

It is great. I'm an older guy but in half decent shape so it works well for the office and layering.
The mock t-shirt fits very well and material is excellent.
For the shirt- you should put a banded sleeve end. For you customer service- you should fire everyone and rehire a new staff. Waiting two week for a return label, still not even a response. Cancelled payment through my credit card company and I'm letting them handle your nonsense. Maybe the owner, Dave, instead of sending emails about reordering, might want to take care of this problem, first. You should take a lesson from LL Bean. Tom
I simply want to return the three pack of mock neck shirts size L that are too big. I’ve emailed you for the return address label but you’ve not responded. Now I’m on vacation and won’t be able to return them until after I get back home October 2. I sent your team a complete explanation on Sunday, followed up on Tuesday and Wednesday. You shipped me one XX-Large, 3 Large and one Medium. The XX-Large was never ordered. Turns out I am a Medium in your shirts and would like to return the 3 Large for Medium and return the Xx-Large for a Medium. I bought them for a trip I’m taking on October 3rd, so if you can’t get the exchanges to me by the 2nd I’d like a refund.
