This review is not intended to deter doing business with this company. I recently ordered an extra large crew neck black tee shirt. Opening the package I was very impressed by the quality that’s felt immediately. I put it on and I was very pleased with the fit of the collar, chest, and mid section. My first thought was, “I’m going to be spending a lot of money with this company”. I was concerned a bit about washing over time especially since it’s 96% cotton. So I placed an order for a bundle moving up one size (2x) to offset any future concerns. The packaging arrived with the same quality feel to touch. Unfortunately when I tried them on the perfect neck fit in the extra large, ballooned to the neck of a 330lb (no neck) lineman in the NFL. I tried washing in hot water along with a high heat dryer. Still unwearable for me (210lbs). They’re now in a plastic bag waiting to go to Good Will. I did however just ordered another extra large in blue. I guess I will learn to hand wash and hang them up to dry. L.Harrison

I have previously purchased, for the first time, a single mock crew shirt (large) and was very impressed with the quality and the fit. It prompted me to follow up with a purchase of a package of 3 (also large). Upon receiving my second order I was a bit dismayed by the site and the fit. This set, although a large as well, did not fit at all in the same format as my original purchase. I had laid both orders for a side by side comparison and realized that the second order of 3, again a large as well, were considerably larger than my initial order. This left me a bit dismayed and disappointed. I don't understand how it is that both orders (large sizes) vary significantly in size and fit. I have since requested an exchange of the package of 3 for a size medium. I just simply want to make your company's representatives aware of the inconsistencies. Not a way to win over a potentially new customer.

I received the mock turtle 7 days ago. Tried it on. Too large. Your large is really a large. I requested instructions for an exchange. I pestered you twice more. Still waiting. I liked the shirt and hoped to pack it 10 days from now for a European trip. Not going to happen. Too bad. I liked the shirt. But I'm tired of waiting for something that should be on the website (return/exchange form). I'm shipping it back now for a refund. I'm hoping you'll reimburse my return shipping cost, too.
