I really like these shirts. This is the third one I have purchased. The shirts feel good and look good. I particularly like the collar height, which is hard to find. It dresses up a tee shirt.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY. They advertised 3–5 day delivery, but when my order was supposed to arrive, I had received NOTHING. I emailed asking for an update, only to be told that the item wasn’t even in stock. Since it clearly wasn’t going to arrive on time, I immediately requested that they CANCEL THE ORDER and issue a FULL REFUND. Instead of responding to my cancellation request, they completely ignored me and then suddenly shipped the order anyway, AFTER I had specifically told them not to ship it. Now they are refusing to take the order back and have completely stopped responding. I have sent SIX EMAILS in the last week with ZERO response. This is absolutely shameful. You cannot ignore a customer’s cancellation request, ship the order anyway, and then disappear when they ask for their money back. Terrible service, terrible communication, and a completely unacceptable way to treat customers. AVOID. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Sizing is off. Fits like a large & way too short at the waist for me (I'm 6'02").
They fit nice and nice material. I'm 5-11 172lbs and I bought a medium.
CO36 Button down Polo is a great quality, great fitting shirt. The soft material gives it a rich, classy look and feel. Highly recommend.
I have ordered multiple time. Solid products, the shirts and the pants. Was hoping for a pink top, but I understand.

Excellent fit! The collars stay put and the fabric is soft and comfortable. Great for a day in Napa or sitting at my desk in the office.

The look and feel of the fit and fabric are very good. The next test is how it holds up in the first wash (following laundering instructions, of course).
Great quality product. Only issue is with the sizing. I am in between small and medium. I got the medium and it is a little loose and baggy. So if you are 5" 8" ish and regular or slender build you might try a small. I am going to get another one in small and see how it goes. thanks

I like the shirts but using the size chart I chose an XL. The XL is too long. See picture. While I'm pleased with the construction, the length issue is a problem and will prevent purchasing more. All three shirts were the same way and all three are XL. So now I have 3 shirts I'll likely not wear very much. Chest is 44, weight is 185. XL is too long. And I've tried them on and can't return them now.
OK, never heard of the brand and was a tough skeptical until the 3-pack of mock neck Ts arrived. Uber soft and feel very high-quality. Been through the wash/dry and no shrinkage (that's important...). Liked the first three so much, ordered three more, now have 6/7 available colors.
The exchange process is a long process. It would be better to return the items and then reorder the items you would like. You will probably get them a lot quicker than doing the exchange.
Looks good on me after losing 10 lbs before I wear it. High-quality shirt, and I would love to try others of their style
Waist is way too big, fabric doesn’t have a quality look or feel, and the dimensions seem off completely. The pant legs fit, but don’t drape well. I’m not going to wear them.

Walked into a lunch meeting Friday and the guy i was interviewing said "Im not trying to be gay or anything"... "what shirt are you wearing"?
The shirts are great however only 2 of the 3 I ordered arrived. I’ve heard back after emailing the support team that they are “looking into it. I’m still out a shirt. It should not take so long to ship out the missing shirt. Customer support is lacking in follow through.
I thought the neck line would be “higher”…it looks like a plain tee vs a mock neck.
