I ordered three larges. I received three mediums. I reached out to customer support that simply replied that I must return the three mediums and then they will send me the three larges. Customer support provided no return label. No instructions for return. In my opinion, you should immediately send me larges (which I’ve already paid for and have not received) and send me a return label and ask me to please return the mediums. At this time, I have medium shirts and I will be disputing my credit card charge for product I have never received.

The material has a luxurious look and feel. It’s also very well made. My only gripe is that it is very stretchy & form fitting. I was hoping for a looser fit in the belly area. I sized up from my initial purchase where I followed the company’s size guidelines based on my height, weight, belly shape, etc. unfortunately even the larger size still hugs my non-athletic form.

Just received my mock neck t-shirts, and I am very much impressed! I ordered size small and in my opinion it was spot on not too tight and not too loose. I'm 5'8 and 145 lb. My only complaint, is that the shirts are too long for my taste. On my relatively short frame, they are about 3 in too long. This shirt sits below my crotch completely so I wish there was a way to order shorter varieties cuz I will definitely have to have these altered. But that said, these are of excellent quality. One other thing I really like about it, the neck opening is snug, not too tight, but not drooping all over the place, especially with a mock neck it needs to be just right and these shirts are!

first time to purchase, didn't like the fit , strangely enough , you have to submit an email requesting a return , they acknowledged it and said they would send a return label but they haven't so far! very weird operation, still waiting for the return label guys! not sure how difficult that would be.
