Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse using UPS or USPS, depending on your location and the most efficient service available.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is completed.


Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): typically 2–4 business days after shipment.

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): typically 1–2 business days after shipment.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major promotions), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times and carrier delays are outside of Co36’s control.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the package leaves our warehouse.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please allow up to 5 business days, as carriers sometimes mark deliveries early or leave packages in secure locations.


Shipping Protection

To ensure every order arrives safely, Co36 offers Shipping Protection at checkout for a small fee (typically around $3.75).
This optional service covers your order in the event it’s lost, stolen, or damaged during transit or after delivery.

If Shipping Protection is added to your order:

  • We’ll immediately replace or reship your package if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged — no waiting for courier claims.

  • Coverage includes:

    • Packages marked “delivered” that were not received.

    • Packages that go missing in transit.

    • Items that arrive damaged, opened, or missing contents.

  • To file a claim, please contact info@cothirtysix.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date, including your order number and a brief description (with photos if applicable).

If Shipping Protection is not added to your order:

  • Co36 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but their investigation can take 6–8 weeks and outcomes are determined by the carrier, not Co36.

Shipping Protection is nonrefundable once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Co36 is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses that were entered incorrectly by the customer.
If you notice an error after checkout, please contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.


Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Co36 cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier or transit issues (UPS/USPS delays).

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Customs holds (for international orders, if enabled).

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.


Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but cannot be located:

  1. Check with neighbors or your property management (packages are sometimes left nearby).

  2. Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

  3. Wait up to 5 business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.

  4. If still missing, contact us at info@cothirtysix.com — our team will help you based on whether or not you purchased Shipping Protection.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please email info@cothirtysix.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage or tampered packaging.
We’ll resolve the issue promptly based on your coverage.
