Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled any time before they’ve been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled — but you can still initiate a return under our Return & Refund Policy within 30 days of delivery.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Payments for pre-orders or backordered items secure your inventory in the next shipment.

Estimated delivery dates are listed on each product page and may vary slightly based on production or transit delays.

You may cancel a pre-order any time before the item has been fulfilled or shipped for a full refund by contacting support@co36.com.
Subscriptions

Subscription orders can be modified or cancelled up to 3 business days before your next billing date through your account or by emailing us.

Once a recurring order has been fulfilled or shipped, it follows our standard return policy.
Final Sale Items

Any product marked as “Final Sale” is not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
