Cancellation policy

At Co36, we understand that plans can change — and we do our best to accommodate.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled any time before they’ve been fulfilled or shipped.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled — but you can still initiate a return under our Return & Refund Policy within 30 days of delivery.

  • To request a change or cancellation, please contact our team at Info@cothirtysix.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Payments for pre-orders or backordered items secure your inventory in the next shipment.

  • Estimated delivery dates are listed on each product page and may vary slightly based on production or transit delays.

  • You may cancel a pre-order any time before the item has been fulfilled or shipped for a full refund by contacting support@co36.com.

Subscriptions 

  • Subscription orders can be modified or cancelled up to 3 business days before your next billing date through your account or by emailing us.

  • Once a recurring order has been fulfilled or shipped, it follows our standard return policy.

Final Sale Items

  • Any product marked as “Final Sale” is not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
