I mailed back the Lg shirt and waited for the exchange to arrive. When it did, it was another black XL, not white. I love their stuff, and when they sent the wrong size, they handled it perfectly; I'd definitely recommend them because their support is great and the quality is amazing. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear their gear.
I'M 5'71/2" 176 LBS. I PURCHASED THE SHIRT MEDIUM SIZE AND WHEN I GOT IT I WAS SHOCKED AT THE WAY THE SHIRT FIT.... THE FIT WAS PERFECT EVEN FOR ME AND THE MATERIAL IS FLEXIBLE AND SOFT... I HAD PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED THE MOCK NECK TEE SHIRT AND BASED ON THE WAY THE TEE SHIRT FIT I DECIDED TO TRY THE POLO... MAYBE BEFORE NEXT SUMMER I MIGHT TRY THE PANTS...
The fit was too tight and the fabric should be softer given the premium price.
The quality is awesome and the shirts fit to size. Very impressive.
The neck is way too low. This isn't a mock turtle neck it is a t-shirt. It would be fantastic if the neck was about an inch higher like a true mock. Also the sleeve opening at the end of the sleeves are too wide

Exchange not shipped after two months I ordered six Mock Neck T-shirts on Aug 18; they arrived Aug 20 in Medium and I requested an exchange to Small. USPS delivered my return to their warehouse on Aug 27 (CO36 confirmed this on Sep 17). On Aug 31 support said the replacement was 'already in process'; on Sep 11, 'being processed for shipment'. On Sep 17 they wrote they would ask the team for a full refund if shipment was not confirmed by the end of that week. On Sep 17 they said the Smalls would restock in 1-2 weeks. On Oct 7 the story changed to 'stock is expected this week'. It is now Oct 11: no shipment, no tracking, no refund. I first asked about a goodwill gesture on Sep 10; on Oct 8 I was told it was with their backend team - no decision since. My last email (Oct 10) is unanswered; earlier replies never included a ship date. The shirts are listed as available on their site. Buyers should know how exchanges are handled here.
Order has not arrived! This is beginning to look like a SCAM! All of my inquiry replies from you state you are to busy to respond. I am in the process of contacting authorities and filing a complaint with the BBB.
Delivery was fast. The quality of the shirts is excellent. The fit is perfect, stops at the waist not too long. Material is soft and comfortable. My new go to for clothing.

Love my long sleeve black mock neck shirt!
This shirt hugs my 65 year old husband in all the wrong places. Too tight in the chest (accentuates his manboobs), too loose in the tummy and way too tight under his tummy. Also too high a neckline. I want to return it but can’t find my original email for the order number.

Respond to your customers and make a quality product! Why would I want to purchase another product from you when I have concerns about product quality? I submitted this same rating / review a couple weeks ago and received a response that you were busy due to Labor Day and would get back to me. I've never heard back on this concern. In the mean time, I've receive about 2-3 marketing emails per day. I need from you if I'm going to purchase another product from your organization.

I have sent an email already and this is the second time it’s happened. I’ve placed an order and not all items ordered came in the package due to being out of stock. If the product is out of stock, it shouldn’t be available to be purchased. Again, this has now happened twice.
While the Mock T-neck shirt fit well, these long sleeve polos were short in the waist and baggy. I would return them if I hadn't washed them already.
I thought it would be better material. Looks cheap. Sorry
