Given I haven’t had the opportunity to wear and launder the shirts yet I cannot give a full impression. But fit was good out of the package, Liked the weight and feel of the fabric.

I have been told I was getting a refund, I was told I was get a refund on a gift card + 20% off on your new drop which is coming soon. Seen nothing to date. Last message was insulting, said order delivered complete. I emailed say I was short one sand color tee. I received a message back saying will check and get back to you. This was my first time and was excited about the product. Shipping time was ok. About a week. Better than BYLT. The product shipped was the incorrect size. Surprising given the amount of handling time before shipping. Customer service was sketchy. Delayed responses to my issue. No phone option. Received an automated response. When I did receive a email from a person(I think) it was unsatisfactory. Given the wait time and the company’s error, I would have expected a correct size to have been sent immediately. Instead I was told they would have to receive and process my return before doing so. Under that unacceptable condition, I asked to simply return the product for refund.

I wanted a more casual look when I wore a blazer to a restaurant. I'm a senior, so looking cool is not a primary concern for me, but who doesn't want to look a bit smart. This shirt is terrific. Very comfortable. Fits my "Dad" body well. You don't have to size up. In fact, if I bought another I might try a medium instead of a large. Also, I stupidly pressed the button to add a $50 certificate to my order. Emailed as soon as I recognized my mistake, and the charge was corrected right away. Last thought: shipping was really quick. All in all, great shirt. Great customer service. ;
