I love the fit of these shirts—the look and fit are amazing. My only issue is what happens after washing them.
The material seems to be a lint magnet. After washing, the black shirt looked almost grey because it picked up so much lint, and the white shirt never really looked bright white again. Removing all the lint was a hassle.
Other than that, it’s a great product. I just wish they used a different material that didn’t have these issues. I’m going to try washing it and letting it air-dry next time instead of putting it in the dryer to see if that helps.
I ordered and paid for a large and an extra large and only received the large. I would like to return the large and get credit for both. Communication with your company is non existent. Poor customer service.
I love the mock tee both short sleeve and long sleeve. I’m about to order a few more long sleeve Mocs and polos. The heavy weight and how it excentuates my biceps while hiding my “dad belly” is nice
The items are low quality and the fit is terrible, especially around the neck (no, never had that issue with other brands). The seller is completely unresponsive when you ask for a refund. Also, the only way to ask for refund is by sending and email! Which they won’t respond to. This is a scam, don’t buy here
You never delivered the items!
Then you sent a 'refund' for 80% of the purchase price, i.e., you charged me sales tax on items that you didn't sell me and charged me shipping on items you didn't ship to me. Clear violation of tax law and interstate commerce law. We will be meeting again concerning these issues, hopefully with the IRS and Interstate commerce commission in attendance.

I ordered a bundle. My order came with duplicate shirts and I’m still missing the black mock neck shirt. The order form in the package shows I received the black shirt when I’m fact, I received two white t-shirts. I’m concerned about your return policy and lack of a proper response when I sent an email. The bundle was a birthday gift for a friend and I was only able to give him two shirts. I really hope to hear from returns/ customer service soon.
I almost love this shirt. One of the selling points is the sewn down collar but they are sewn down at different points on each side which makes the collar look uneven… seems like sloppy manufacturing and/or quality control. Both shirts I received have the same problem. I assume the third one would too except I never received it so I’ll never know

I never received this polo shirt. I ordered three polo shirts in white, gray and navy. When I received the package only the white and gray shirts were in it. I’ve reached out to customer service several times but still nothing even though I was told that the navy polo would be shipped. I was considering buying more items from you guys but now I’ve lost confidence
Great shirt. Very comfortable. Looks great. I've ordered more. The only problem is I clearly need to add an inch or so to my arms and lose an inch or so in my belly.
I only received one of the 2 black shirts that I ordered. I am not quite sure how to get the a refund or replacement. I love the product but feel like I am a little disappointed
I still have not received my shirts. It says that they've been delivered but they never got here. I have emailed twice and only received an outdated auto-response. Please rectify this issue.
