For the second order in a row the wrong item was sent. Ordered a hooded shirt, but a crew neck was sent. I have emailed support three times over the last week and still have no heard back from anyone. This company is a joke.

Do not use polyester. Deal killer for most. Much research on the dangers of polyester. Otherwise the pants were excellent.

Great shirts. Great service. They exchanged my sizes no problem. They do run a bit large. I'm normally a medium and the small is what fits best. Lastly, I would give 5 stars but there's a thing with the shoulders. They are a bit pointy for some reason. Not terrible, but unusual. Anyway, maybe that will disappear after a wash. Regardless, I will buy again.
O ordered two, one white and one black, and both are very nice looking. The quality is excellent, and these hoodies fit is exactly as advertised.

Sleeve cuffs are too bulky. Should fit like a normal t shirt with a higher neckline instead of a medieval blouse

Unfortunately, none of the three shirts I ordered fit\. I have sent two emails and two Facebook Messenger messages requesting instructions for returning or exchanging them, but I have received no response\. This lack of customer support is especially disappointing because, while my requests regarding an existing order remain unanswered, I continue to receive regular marketing messages encouraging me to make additional purchases\. I was prepared to exchange the shirts and give Co 36 another opportunity\. However, the company’s failure to respond to multiple customer\-service requests has made that impossible to justify\. Effective customer service is essential, particularly when a customer is trying to resolve an issue with an order\. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Co 36, and I will not be ordering from the company again\.
