Meet Navid Moosaa

Real Estate Investor | First-Generation Entrepreneur | Co36 Customer

Every Sunday, we spotlight a Co36 customer — real people, real stories.

This week, meet Navid Moosaa — a self-made real estate investor who’s helped hundreds of everyday people build long-term wealth through real estate.
He’s a first-generation entrepreneur who took the hard road, figured things out himself, and never forgot where he came from.

David sat down with Navid for a quick conversation about consistency, staying grounded, and why Co36 became his everyday uniform.

David: You weren’t handed anything. Where did your mindset come from?

Navid:
Honestly, just growing up watching my parents hustle. They worked hard, saved every dollar, and never complained. I always had this belief that if I just stayed consistent — even if I was behind at the start — I could eventually outlast people who were ahead.

David: You’ve helped a lot of people get into real estate. Why do you think people trust you?

Navid:
Because I don’t sugarcoat anything. I’m not trying to sell dreams. I talk about the risk, the long timelines, the sacrifice. Most people don’t want to hear that — but the people who are serious about wealth-building respect it. I’d rather have fewer clients who actually win long-term than a bunch of people who just want fast returns.

David: What’s something people misunderstand about entrepreneurship?

Navid:
They think the hardest part is getting started. It’s not. The hardest part is continuing when things slow down. When no one’s watching. When results take longer than you thought. Everyone’s motivated for the first few weeks — but the ones who win are consistent when no one’s clapping.

David: You’re running a business, working with clients, creating content — how do you keep it all together?

Navid:
I try to eliminate as many small decisions as possible. I eat the same few things. I wear the same shirts. I focus on what matters. There’s just too much noise out there, and I want my bandwidth saved for big decisions — not picking an outfit.

David: That leads perfectly into this last one. What made you start wearing Co36?

Navid:
I had tried every “elevated” T-shirt brand. Some were too thin, some felt cheap, and none of them really matched the style I wanted — clean, minimal, but still premium. Then I found Co36. The weight, the fit, the way it holds its shape. I was hooked. Now it’s pretty much all I wear.

Navid, thanks for keeping it real and leading by example.
