I didn't like the heavy fabric or the fit, especially how tight the mock collar was around my neck. I don't think there's polyester in this? But the fabric felt like it to me.

Great products. I have two short sleeve mock t-necks in small. When I ordered a long sleeve mock, your size chart recommended a medium. However, it was much too big. Your agent during a message chat said I should have ordered a small because the long sleeve version runs big. It would be helpful if your website informed your customers that the long sleeve runs bigger and you should order a size down from your normal size. I returned my medium for a small and hope it fits better.

I ordered and paid for 3 mock turtlenecks. I received 2 tee shirts, not 3 that don't appear to be mock turtlenecks. I have 5 email exchanges with the company saying they are working on the issue. It took weeks to get the 2 of 3 incorrect shirts and all I can get is computer generated emails saying they are working on it. Not at all a good transaction.
The pants are nice quality but the blue pair is noticeably shorter than the other two and do not fit my husband. I need to return them.

Nice fit.
I've only worn one of the three shirts so far and I am very happy with the quality. It fit well and I don't see having to worry about the neck or arms stretching out. Looking forward to wearing these shirts for some time to come and they provide the upgraded styling that I have been looking for.

The shirts themselves are fine. It is your TERRIBLE customer service and complete lack of communication that I don't like. I ordered 3 shirts and was given an expected date of arrival. A week AFTER then I began to send you emailed inquiries. I never got any response or acknowledgement. Another 2 weeks later 2 of the 3 shirts arrived. I was never sent an email notifying me that they were shipped. As of today the third shirt has not arrived and again there has been no communication from you. So spend more resources on customer service and less on BS marketing. PS When is that third shirt coming??
Show your products on regular guys, not models that diet and work out, even though they say they don't. The sleeves were loose on me. The area where the shoulder seam meets the sleeves created a point and did no lay naturally on my shoulders.
