My experience with your company has been the best I’ve had in a very long time with regard to customer service and the delivered products. My original order, based on your size chart said small. ( I was right in the border between s and medium.) I received my original order and lived the fabric and look, however, the fit was a bit snug. I contacted customer service and had such a wonderful interaction. I was told that I could send back my original order and that 3 medium shirts would be sent out right away. I received them today and couldn’t be happier with everything about your company! I haven’t been able to say those words for a very, very long time! Thanks to all!
I pre-ordered a shirt on 9/16 never got my for a wedding this weekend i emailed this fuckn company several times all they did was give me the damn running around kept telling me my shirt was in the warehouse in egg Harbor it will be a month this Friday don’t order from this company they’re full of shit
I loved the material. Size was not as expected. I think I should have purchased a Large as opposed to XL. I will try the L now and then I can give you my feedback.
First time buyer. Love the fit (I'm an older guy, not a fan of gyms). Most shirts fit in the shoulders but are too snug in the middle. The slightly heavier material feels good on versus the normal tee that is lighter material that feels almost "slippery". So happy ordered 3 more. Thanks
The shoulders of the shirt seem stick up like it was hanging on a metal hanger when I wear it I do not like that. I do not like that with any of my shirt’s .Do that from being on a hanger too long and it’s a terrible thing to have on a brand new shirt.! I only started to notice it after seeing some of your ads after I’ve already made the purchase so unfortunately it arrived and I’ll live with it under a shirt rather than wear out as a plane T-shirt as planned. Great product. However, I returned an item because I needed a different size and requested a store credit instead of an exchange. However, despite approving my return by email, I have not received the code to use at checkout for my store credit despite repeated requests over a period of five days, even though company responses have stated that the code would be sent “immediately “. Frustrating!

Originally ordered larger but ended up needing mediums. Reach out to start exchange process and it is the faster I’ve ever experienced. 2 days after request new items were received and this all happened BEFORE the original items were even returned. Now for the shirts… great quality feel and fit. Really like the tacked down collars as it keeps the shirt looking crisp. I’m 5’10” 185 if that helps.

I really like this T-shirt—the shape, stitching, fabric and fit are all excellent. However, it is surprisingly long. I’m 6'3" and purchased an XL. It fits me very well overall, but the length is very different from what is shown in the photos on the website. In the photos, the T-shirt only slightly covers the belt, while the actual T-shirt almost completely covers the pants zipper. Unless you tuck it in, wearing it under a regular jacket or blazer is difficult because the T-shirt hangs below it. A longer blazer is really the only option. Overall, it’s a very nice T-shirt, but I wish the length matched what is shown in the product photos.
The craftsmanship and the material is really nice and comfortable. I have nothing negative to say about shirt itself, but the process of determining the size is very questionable. It was suggested I got a medium shirt and that was very small for me. We exchange the shirt to an XXL and I should’ve gotten an XL.

I never received the shirt and asked for the gift card option + 20% as offered. I still have not received it and this is way to long, originally ordered Sept. 9th.! I then asked for a refund and still have not received a response. Your customer service is terrible! I would have been a great customer as I really like your product, but you lost me by continuously having to check on my refund!
it is sized a little to big. the short sleeve fits nice but the long sleeve is to big. dont know why that is.
They run a bit large. The fabric is great. Really true quality. Better than you expect in any T shirt. The sewing, especially around the sleeves where they connect to the main body of the shirt lacks precision. It is as if it was sewn by a beginner and complete amateur. I will wear it under a sportscoat or something but it's really embarrassing to just wear it as a shirt because of the poor 3rd world workmanship.
This is the shirt my husband has been searching for. The fit is amazing and the shirt looks great on him. He asked me to order other colors, which I did!
Ordered three colors however one color was out of stock. The other two shirts took a long time to arrive. I was emailed and informed that I would receive a credit for the missing shirt. Unfortunately, that credit document was misplaced. Otherwise, I have enjoyed the shirts and plan to order long sleeve version. I hesitate due to the long shipping time.
